I need to remember to start this earlier in the day. It takes so long to properly stew! But it's so delicious. Completely lovely during some of these colder winter weeks. I'm not sure why all my shells decided to nestle. I guess I will need to figure that out for next time.
I don't know why shells attach like that either. I wonder if it is affected by how hard they boil? Kind of the same way sheets roll up in our dryer? Maybe if it was a softer boil they wouldn't move around so much and catch edges with each other? No idea other than that. I don't always mind it though...it just makes an extra chewy bite-full to eat them that way.
